Dr. Le Thai Ha is Vice Director of The National Institute of Occupational and Environmental Health (NIOEH), Ministry of Health Vietnam. NIOEH also is one from two (2) Collaborating centres of WHO WPRO in Vietnam HAE VTN-03 with the subjects:
- Occupational health
- Environmental health and hazards other than those specifically mentioned
- Chemical safety
She is in charge of the WHO CCs as well as medical testing and environmental analyzing department. She has 28 years working experiences in environmental analyzing and management, especially in chemical substants. She is key person in developing National regulation and setting up a monitoring labroratory.systems for Environmental and Occupational health in Vietnam.
She is a National consultant for WHO, UNICEF, UNDP in Climate Change, Water quality, Air pollution and Children’s Environmental Health in Viet Nam
Improving living conditions for both humans and the environment is her ambition in working.
